Ranobo white almonds were soaked in boiling water for about one minute. This is done with the utmost care. The nut loses its brown skin (blanching), and gets a smoother flavor. They are perfect for roasting in the oven. White almonds contain as many healthy features as brown almonds. The healthy fats and minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin B, are preserved.
You can add almonds to many dishes. For example, they are used in cakes and marzipan.
