Spanish figs
Dried figs are indispensable in a range of dried fruits. The Spanish figs are smaller than the Turkish figs, that is why they are sometimes called baby figs. They have a white layer of wheat flour on the outside which keeps them soft in structure and prevents them from sticking together. These figs are seasonal products. Usually available from September until the end of March or April. Perfect to add to a cheese platter or as a healthy snack.
