From Nut to Norm – Ranobo’s squirrels shape the future.

Why?

The world is changing rapidly. New machines, different customers, more rules, heavy workload,…

The ESF (European Social Fund) wants to support companies in their evolution in a way that works for everyone. No more fuss, but smarter working. Less blabla, more progress together.

That is why!

That is why Ranobo is participating in the ‘Organizing Differently’ project. This means: making time to look together at how we approach the work, how we can coordinate better, and how we can continue to learn on the work floor.

So that everyone is on board, and we as a company remain strong for the future.

Our platoon of squirrels is central to this. We want to keep our talents on board and let them grow. Because let’s be honest: we believe that good work is not just about numbers and deadlines, but is the result of people who come to work with pleasure, can develop themselves and are proud of what they make.

In our organization, people do not only build with their hands, but think and act based on all their talents.
