Do you have a shop that I can visit?

No, Ranobo doesn’t have a shop. Please contact us if you are looking for a store that sells Ranobo in your area.

Are nuts healthy?

It is common knowledge that nuts are healthy. But each nut is different. They differ in nutritional values: some nuts contain more omega-3 fatty acids, others more proteins, and others contain antioxidants. On our products page you will find the information for each kind of nut.

Where do Ranobo's nuts come from?

Nuts are grown all over the world. Some nuts grow in specific parts of the world (for example Brazil nuts) or need specific conditions to grow (like Macadamia nuts), while other nuts can be grown in several continents, climates or soils. On each package and on the products page you can find the country of origin of the article.

Do nuts make you fat?

Nuts are packed with unsaturated fats. Your body needs these unsaturated fats for several reasons: for your skin, to protect your organs, for your hormone levels, for your immune system and for your brain to function correctly. As long as you eat nuts in moderation, you will certainly not gain weight. One or two handfuls of nuts as a snack or mixed into a breakfast muesli is the ideal portion per day.

I have a complaint, what do I do?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Are you not satisfied with our services? Does a product not meet your expectations? Do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to help you. Be sure to keep the packaging of the product so that we have all the information we need to investigate. We handle all complaints within 48 hours.

How do I best store nuts?

Nuts that are not stored properly can lose their nutritional value. It is therefore important to store them well, in a plastic bag or box, preferably airtight and in the dark. A pantry is the ideal place. If you store them right, you can store nuts up to three months after opening. Natural nuts last the longest.

I have a product idea. What do I do?

At Ranobo, we believe that the best ideas are the ones that solve a market need. Therefore, do not hesitate to share your idea with us. Get in touch through our contact page.
