Nut bread with plenty of seeds

100g sunflower seeds

50g pumpkin seeds

50g white almonds

50g white hazelnuts

50g walnuts

50g hulled sesame seeds

50g mulberries

4 eggs


olive oil


  1. Put the nuts and seeds in a mixing bowl with a little salt and a splash of olive oil. Add the eggs one at a time and stir everything until a smooth mixture.
  2. Cover a baking mould with a sheet of baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Bake the bread in a preheated oven for one hour at 180°C.
